Japanese-Style Soy Sauce Based Bibimbap Sauce

Here's a recipe for a special Japanese-style bibimbap sauce made with soy sauce koji. It doesn't have garlic or gochujang, so it's totally spicy-free. That makes it perfect for kids! The whole family can enjoy this sauce.
