Here's a recipe for a vegan sandwich with a rich and smooth soy hummus. I love putting cilantro and soyhummus on the sandwich. If you want to make it more filling, try adding broccoli or cucumber. Have fun arranging it however you like!

Preparation ❷: Wash cilantro and chop into bite-sized pieces. Boil the broccoli to your desired softness and drain in a strainer. Slice the cucumber to the desired thickness.

Sandwich: Take two slices of bread and spread soybean hummus on one side. Make a sandwich by placing your favorite veggies on the first slice of bread and covering it with the second.
