Stir-fried Vegan Oyster Mushrooms replicate the plump, juicy texture of real oysters. Just 4 ingredients make a delicious, seafood-flavored side dish.

- 1 pack hiratake mushrooms 100g
- oil moderate amount
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 teaspoon sio koji
- 1 dash Aonori adjust according to taste
Remove the hard bottom from the hiratake mushrooms with a knife and break apart by hand.

Place the oyster mushrooms in a frying pan with moderate amount of oil and toss to coat. Heat the pan over low heat.

When the pan is warm and sizzling, add the sake, cover and steam for about a minute over low heat.

When the oyster mushrooms are cooked, open the lid. Add the seasonings and stir-fry quickly.
1 teaspoon sio koji, 1 dash Aonori
Serve on a plate while still hot. Dig in!
