Ingredients
  

  • ½ batch vegan mascarpone cream
  • banana sliced, as desired
  • cocoa powder to taste
  • 1-2 pinches instant coffee finely crushed

Instructions
 

  • Slice the banana and finely crush the instant coffee between your fingers.

  • Spoon the vegan mascarpone cream into serving bowls or glasses.
  • Dust with cocoa powder using a fine-mesh sieve.

  • Sprinkle with the crushed instant coffee.
  • Top with the sliced banana and serve immediately.

Notes

  • A pinch of instant coffee helps balance the tanginess of the soy yogurt and brings the flavor closer to a classic tiramisu.
