Instructions
Slice the banana and finely crush the instant coffee between your fingers.

into serving bowls or glasses.

Dust with cocoa powder using a fine-mesh sieve.

Notes
A pinch of instant coffee helps balance the tanginess of the soy yogurt and brings the flavor closer to a classic tiramisu.

This dessert is best assembled just before serving.
