    What You’ll Need

    • Cotton Tofu: Choose firm cotton tofu for the best texture. When you take it out of the package, drain it in a colander to remove any excess moisture. For extra help with sauce sticking, give it a quick pat with some kitchen paper towel to dry the surface a bit.
    • Yangnyeomjang (Korean All-Purpose Sauce): You can create this tasty sauce with homemade Korean plum syrup, or store-bought syrup works just fine! Don’t have plum syrup? No worries! You can make a quick substitute using sugar and vinegar. This yangnyeomjang isn’t just great with tofu—it's also a fantastic dipping sauce for those yummy "Crisp Vegetables & Tofu Korean Steamed Dumplings" you might want to try!

    Enjoy making this tasty dish!
